The event will take place on Thursday, April 30, 2026, and your sponsorship helps support activities, entertainment, and resources that make this celebration possible.

Three Levels of Sponsorship

HIGH SCHOOL SPONSOR AT $1600

This level of sponsorship includes the following:

RADIO ADVERTISING
  • 50 RECORDED SPOTS for two weeks of publicity to announce your business/service on La Grande 1340 AM. Spots are good through May 23, 2025. (A Value of $2,000.00)
  • 20 LIVE MENTIONS that can be used for two weeks of publicity to run along with the recorded spots announcing your business/service on La Grande 1340 AM. Spots are valid through May 23, 2025. (A Value of $900.00)
  • Sponsors Name will be included in over 25 RECORDED promotional promos daily for 10 days out up until the day of the event, that is 250 promos. Beginning April 13, 2026. (Value of $3,750)
PRINT ADS
  • Sponsors Logo will appear in two 1/2 page color ads in Dos Mundos Newspaper on the April 15th & April 22nd, 2026 issue dates.
BOOTH
  • Sponsors will receive TWO (2) Double Spaces during the event. There will be TWO  (2) 6ft. tables and FOUR (4) chairs. ($800 Value)
CLIENT TO DONATE PRIZES
  • Please let the sales representative know what prize you would like us to give away or donate for giveaway during the event (Ex. Bikes, iPod, Gift Certificates, etc.)
  • We would be delighted to schedule a meeting or call to discuss the terms of our partnership and explore how our collaboration can drive success for both parties. Please let us know your availability at your earliest convenience.

COMPLETE REGISTRATION - Due by April 2nd, 2026

LOCATION: Sun Fresh Market Calle 18, 241 South 18th Street Kansas City, KS 66102. STANDARD BOOTH: One table and two chairs will be provided, so if you need additional chairs please let your sales rep. be aware. SET UP: Set-up at 2:30 pm. TEARDOWN: Teardown at 7:00 pm. PAYMENT: We accept all major credit cards and/or make checks payable to “Reyes Media Group” at 1701 S. 55th Street, Kansas City, Kan. 66106. Payment is due IMMEDIATELY in order to reserve your space. NO ELECTRICITY AVAILABLE.
